Family tradition, certified quality icona fascia verde

Founded in 1977 by Giuliano’s family and carried forward with passion by Giuliano and Alessandra since 1998, Avicola Etrelli is the productive heart that sustains not only Agriturismo Valdibarco but also many gastronomic and commercial businesses throughout Veneto and Trentino-Alto Adige. A family-run farm that has grown and diversified over the years, while staying true to its core values: quality, sustainability, and animal welfare.

Located in a hilly area of over 30 hectares with vineyards, olive groves, meadows and woods, Avicola Etrelli raises:

All animals are raised on the ground, with plenty of space, on bedding made of straw and virgin white pine shavings, or outdoors in the surrounding green areas. Their feed is 100% plant-based and GMO-free, and thanks to a controlled supply chain and the absence of antibiotics, the animals grow at a natural pace (up to 120-140 days), resulting in firmer, tastier and more easily digestible meat.

Certified and coltrolled slaughtering

Avicola Etrelli includes a EU-certified slaughterhouse, where every phase is managed with the utmost care. An official veterinarian is present before, during and after slaughtering, ensuring full control over the process. The Veneto Region also conducts regular health inspections, ensuring compliance with the highest standards.
