At Agriturismo Valdibarco, every product tells a story of our land, the seasons, and our daily work. From vine to bottle, from farm to table, everything is born right here: in our fields, our cellar, our gardens, and our farm. We deeply believe in the philosophy of zero-kilometre food.

For us, it’s not a trend but a real commitment to quality, sustainability, and traceability. Ours is a short, family-run supply chain: we raise our own poultry at Avicola Etrelli and produce wine, olive oil, cured meats, pickled vegetables, and jams with our own fruit and vegetables to offer our guests authentic flavours and bring genuine, high-quality ingredients to the table.

Cabernet: An intense, full-bodied red born from our sun-drenched vineyards in Valdibarco. With fruity aromas and a rich structure, our Cabernet pairs beautifully with the meat dishes from our kitchen.
Garganega Bianco: Sparkling, fresh and lively, our white frizzante wine is perfect as an aperitif or alongside cured meats and appetisers. Its delicate bubbles and clean taste make it both pleasant and versatile — a true symbol of the conviviality of our table.

Extra Virgin
Olive Oil

From our olive groves we produce 100% estate-made extra virgin olive oil, with a delicate, fruity flavour. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed to preserve their full nutritional value and the authentic aroma of our land. Perfect for enhancing both raw and cooked dishes.

Our cured
meats

Our cured meats are made from carefully selected pork raised on our farm. Following traditional Veneto recipes, we prepare classic sopresse and artisanal salami, slowly aged in our cellar. The result is a genuine product, rich in flavour and tradition — perfect with rustic bread and a glass of our house wine.

Our free-range poultry — ducks, guinea fowl, chickens, pigeons and more — are raised using certified methods that respect animal welfare. Their meat, flavourful and authentic, is the heart of many of our signature dishes, including our renowned tagliolini al piccione (fresh pasta with pigeon).

aromatic herbs

Seasonal vegetables We follow the natural rhythm of the land to offer fresh vegetables and fruit every day, used to make our delicious pickled preserves and homemade jams.
Aromatic herbs In our garden grow the aromatic herbs that bring fragrance to our kitchen: basil, sage, rosemary, thyme, and many more. Picked fresh and used immediately, they give every dish a unique and genuine touch.

This is where our wines mature, our cured meats are aged, and our olive oil reaches its full expression.

The new cellar is the productive heart of the agriturismo: a space devoted to preserving flavours, where tradition and attention to detail come together.

Farm shop

All our products are available for purchase directly on the farm. Take home a piece of our land: wine, olive oil, cured meats and seasonal goods — all carefully prepared and each with its own story to tell.
